Lugard.
One of the activities lined up for the celebration is the centenary exhibition of what the nation has achieved since 1914.
United States wished the country well ahead of the celebrations.
“This
centenary celebration presents us an opportunity to count our blessings
as a nation, celebrate our dexterity and resilience as a people and
resolve to launch into the next century with renewed determination, hope
and expectations,” the Embassy stated.
The two-day celebrations end on Friday.
