A Lagos Federal High Court has adjourned the case between Chocolate City and Olawale “Brymo” Ashimi, to March 4, reports Premium Times
The
case was shifted till next week Wednesday after the lawyers on both
sides exchanged unsavory words. This is the fourth adjournment in a case
that began in November 2013.
Chocolate City is suing Brymo for
breaching his seven year contract which has not expired. Brymo without
the Chocolate City released his third studio album titled Merchant, Dealers and Slaves in October last year.
