PHOTOS: Loving Husband Converts Public Toilet Into Luxury Seaside Home As Present For His Wife

A loving husband and a canny builder converted a public toilet into the stunning seafront property with an idyllic view and modern interoor as an anniversary present for his wife.


A 56-year-old builder, Nick Willan, 56, bought the decaying building in Sheringham, Norfolk, and spent $300,000 and three years of his life  transforming it into a luxury two-storey holiday home.



Nick completely renovated the house and now it boasts two en-suite bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge that overlooks the sandy beach.


Three years later father-of-three presented the luxurious property to his wife as an anniversary present.


Although initially Nick's wife, Sue, thought that her husband was mad when bought Victorian seaside block toilet but in the end she was happy to receive such a present.
