The state Police Public Relation Officer, PPRO, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Haruna Mohammed stated that the victim, Zainab Mohammed, was returning from a ceremony, when the incident occurred.
The suspects are said to have confessed to the crime and soon will be charged to court.
The PPPRO urged state residents to be vigilant and reports any suspicious any suspicious character to police.
